Thank you for shopping with Morgan’s Bonsai. We are a small online-only business based in California serving the bonsai community, and we take great care in packing and shipping every order.

Please review our shipping information below.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.


Shipping Methods & Tracking

All orders ship with tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Please note that ceramic items and soil products may have higher shipping costs due to weight and protective packaging requirements.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Morgan’s Bonsai is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Delivery Issues, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Morgan’s Bonsai is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact us at:

We will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.


Damaged Items

We carefully pack all ceramic items, but damage may occasionally occur during shipping.

If your pot, figurine, or ceramic item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

support@morgansbonsai.com

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund when appropriate.
