We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
Products
We specialize in bonsai-related supplies including:
- Bonsai tools and accessories
- Pots and ceramics
- Soil and substrate
- Care products (cut paste, tool oil, etc.)
We make every effort to display product descriptions, measurements, and photos as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of some items.
Order Acceptance & Cancellations
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities purchased
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity
If your order is canceled, you will be refunded in full.
Pricing Errors
We work hard to ensure pricing is accurate. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment.
Shipping
We ship physical products to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.

Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer once the shipment is transferred to the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or stolen after the carrier has marked the package as delivered, though we will assist with carrier claims when possible.
Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms.
All sales are final except in cases of damage during transit or fulfillment errors.

- Soil and substrate products are final sale and non-returnable
- Ceramics damaged in transit must be reported within 3 days with photos
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement or refund when appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morgan’s Bonsai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
