A hand-crafted ceramic miniature lantern standing 2″ tall (1.75″ diameter), made in Yokkaichi, Mie Prefecture. Used as an accent piece in bonsai display arrangements, lanterns bring a traditional Japanese aesthetic to any presentation. The 2″ size is best suited for mame displays and compositions where proportion matters at a very small scale. Each piece is slightly individual due to the handmade process — part of the character of Japanese ceramics.
